AGM Webinar meeting details

In order to attend the AGM you must register in advance. To ensure attendance please register before 5:00 pm Sunday September 24 2023.

Please note: In order to register you must provide your Australian Sailing Number, email address and name. Each registration must provide a unique email address and AS number. One email address represents one and only one attendance. If two people, from the same household, wish to attend you will need to register twice and attend using two different devices.
Some people have more than one AS number.
The AS number you provide must be the one associated with Woollahra Sailing Club. If you use another AS number we may not be able to verify your membership.

Sunday 03 September 2023 Notice of election results
With the closure of the nomination process for Directors, I can advise we have received three (3) nominations for Director of WSC. They are (alphabetically):
- Kerry Fyfe
- Kirsty Graham
- Matthew Moore
Warren Sare and Kirsty Graham resigned their positions on the board and the appointed positions were vacated as required – Kerry Fyfe and Garth Shanks. Jay Harrison and Stan Bland continue their terms. There are three vacant positions and three nominations. As such the three nominations are declared elected unopposed. Congratulations to:
- Kerry Fyfe
- Kirsty Graham
- Matthew Moore

Friday 18 August 2023 Notice of Election and AGM
The Board of Woollahra Sailing Club advise the Annual General Meeting for 2022 will be held at
7pm on Monday September 25th 2023. The meeting will be conducted as a Teams webinar.

Please note: In order to participate in the election of directors or the AGM you must be a current fully paid up financial Ordinary Member of the Club. Ordinary Members are Sailing Members (including honorary Sailing Members) and Life Members.
“Only Ordinary Members are eligible to be Elected Directors and such Member must have been an Ordinary Member for at least the previous 36 months.”
